David Warner, too, looked on a song; and, in any case, when has he ever needed a boost in morale?

      If you think you can pick which side will have the highest opening partnership, then the reward is 1.93. So who will stop the run-getters?

      In the absence of the penetrating Mitchell Starc, John Hastings and Adam Zampa impressed for Australia while for South Africa, the pacey Kagiso Rabada will be a constant threat. All-rounder JP Duminy could have a big say, taking four wickets and scoring a half century against Ireland. But this is an altogether different prospect, and South Africa have the top dogs in their sights.
