Niko Kovac knows how to eke out a win against Dortmund and will surely use their strongest side for the occasion.

Fans should expect big plays from Marco Fabian. The Mexican’s slippery attacks from the right will attract dangerous fouls from any careless Dortmund defender. The top priority in Dortmund’s list is to not allow Fabian from winning fouls in very dangerous locations.

However, the BVB have more than enough talent to answer Fabian should he score goals: Ousmane Dembele and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have just come off very successful Bundesliga seasons. It’s a given that both of them will start the game and cause problems for Frankfurt’s inconsistent defence.

We’ll bear witness to an exciting football game if Frankfurt manages to shore up their backline and get Fabian on a scoring position. We can always count on Tuchel’s BVB to deliver, so it’s up to Kovac to upset the odds and become the last team standing.
