The champions may have been determined last week, but Serie A still has a number of exciting football games to offer for its fans! Juventus prevented a last-gasp attempt by Roma to steal the peak of Serie A. While this season is the closest anyone has gotten to the Turin giants in recent memory, the online betting favourites are still the club to beat in Italy.

Now that their victory is secured, Massimiliano Allegri has the option to field a weaker side against Bologna. The mid-table club endured a rough patch of games and won’t likely offer a tough contest against the Old Lady. Roma were so close to beating the established hegemony but have to settle for keeping their automatic Champions League spot by beating Genoa. Unless Ivan Juric manages to pull off an amazing upset, veteran punters will seriously consider going all out for the hosts’ 1.87 odds with a -3.00 handicap.

Torino, the other Turin club, had a lacklustre season with Joe Hart in between the sticks. The Manchester City loanee will try to end his tumultuous stint in Italy with a win against Sassuolo. Despite visitors’ seven-game unbeaten streak, I see this game ending in another draw. Put all of your money on Sassuolo’s +0.75 @ 2.20.

The bottom of the table provides the most excitement out of all the fixtures. Empoli and Crotone are in a rough tussle for survival, so their respective games against Palermo and Lazio will determine their futures.

It’d be easy to say that Empoli lucked out by playing the relegated Palermo, but Lazio’s string of three losses give the tiniest bit of hope for Davide Nicola’s side. Moreover, Palermo’s recent home matches are nothing short of impressive. These two games provide the biggest drama out of Game Day 38, and I’ll be making brave tips: cash in on Palermo’s +0.75 @ 2.26 and trust Crotone’s -0.50 @ 2.13.
