Alexander-Arnold calls for Liverpool focus

Trent Alexander-Arnold says Liverpool know Wednesday's trip to Newcastle will be "difficult" and that they must be at the top of their game to come away from Tyneside with all three points.
Jurgen Klopp's men are sitting top of the Premier League, having amassed 32 points from 15 games, and it looks like the reigning champions will be difficult to knock off their perch this season.
The Reds have only lost once in the league this term - a 7-2 mauling at the hands of Aston Villa - but they were frustrated against West Brom last time out as they were held to a 1-1 draw.
Next up for Liverpool is a trip to St James' Park on Wednesday evening and the Magpies, who are on a four-game winless run across all competitions, are expected to adopt a defensive style similar to that of the Baggies.
Speaking to Premier League Productions ahead of the clash, England international Alexander-Arnold insists his side will need to be on their game to get the better of Steve Bruce's men.
"We know that if we're not at 100 per cent then we don't deserve the three points. That's something we'll be looking at and making sure that our mindset and mentality is right throughout the whole 90 minutes because it wasn't [on Sunday] and we got punished for that.
"It's going to be a difficult game. There's never going to be an easy game in the Premier League, so we're not expecting that."
Liverpool are 2/7 to head back to Merseyside with all three points, while Newcastle are priced at 17/2 and the draw is available at 19/4.
